The terminal has a 1.3 million square foot parking garage, developed with SKIDATA for a seamless guest experience. Innovative access is enabled via license plate recognition and the MSC for Me digital ticket, along with mobile payment and real-time assistance through two-way intercom systems.
Guests benefit from a biometric facial recognition system developed in partnership with Vision-Box, an Amadeus company. This technology enables a fully contactless embarkation process, including mobile check-in, digital identity creation, and automated passport scanning, allowing for fast boarding and disembarkation.
The terminal also integrates an immersive art program, created in collaboration with the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs.
