Designed by the renowned Catalan architecture firm Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, the terminal's exterior features ceramic cladding that pays homage to Barcelona's Gaudi-inspired artistic heritage, with colors inspired by the sea.

The bus journey from the Columbus Monument to the MSC Cruises Terminal typically takes around 15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Terminal WTCB is the only cruise terminal located on the Barcelona quay, just 5 minutes from the city center. It can accommodate up to two medium-sized cruise ships from the luxury cruise brands such as Azamara, Windstar, Crystal Cruises, Star Clippers, Seabourn Cruises, Silversea
